SITE COORDINATOR
Springboard After School, a national provider of quality educational programming seeks site coordinators for our 5 Randolph sites. We are looking for teachers with administrative experience who can oversee and maintain our on site programs. A Masters degree in education, or certification as well as 12 months experience working with children is required. Duties will include teaching a portion of the after school day, corresponding with school day teachers, preparing extra curriculum for students, reviewing and maintaining student files, working with state licensing and the school, attending school staff and principal meetings and directing monthly Springboard staff meetings. Candidates must be First Aid and CPR certified or be willing to become certified upon employment. Teachers with fluency in Haitian Creole, Cape Verdean Creole, Portuguese, Spanish, or Vietnamese will take precedent. A degree or experience with special education is a plus. This is a 5 day per week position, with hours from 3-6:15pm. And additional administrative hours where necessary.

TEACHER
Springboard After School, a national provider of quality educational programming, is looking for after school teachers for the Springboard After School programs in our Randolph locations. The position will be 3 to 5 afternoons per week, with hours from 3-6:00 pm.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University, teacher certification, and at least 6 months of experience working with school age students. First Aid and CPR certification is a bonus, but not required upon hiring. Candidates must be willing to undergo training if they do not already have certification. We are looking for teachers that can help students through daily homework, ensure understanding and completion. Teachers with fluency in Haitian Creole, Cape Verdean Creole, Portuguese, Spanish, or Vietnamese will take precedent. A degree or experience with special education is a plus.
This is a great resume builder for those teachers that are trying to break into the field and it is a good way for retired teachers to remain connected to the classroom and to children. This is a part time hourly position with the possibility for growth as our company expands.

TEACHER ASSISTANT
Springboard After School, a national provider of quality after school programming is looking for hourly employees to provide assistance and supervision of our students during our “den” or relaxation time. Candidate should at least have an associate’s degree and six months experience working with children in a child care setting. Ideal candidates should also have CPR and First Aid certification or be willing to undergo training. Teachers with fluency in Haitian Creole, Cape Verdean Creole, Portuguese, Spanish, or Vietnamese will take precedent. Experience with special education is a plus.
Springboard seeks a teacher assistant who can work for 3 to 5 afternoons a week from 3:15-6. Or 5 mornings a week in the Before School Program, 7-8:30. Both morning and afternoon are also viable options for the right candidate.

NORTHERN CALIFORNIA/SACRAMENTO AREA EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
SITE COORDINATOR
Springboard After School, a national provider of quality educational programming, is looking for a teacher for one of programs located in Rocklin. We are looking for a teacher with administrative experience who can oversee and maintain our on site programs. This position will be for 15-20 hours per week during the after school time period. We are interested in extending out the school day while at the same time making sure that our students are having fun!
The ideal candidate for this position will have a teaching credential from an accredited College or University and be available from 3:00-6:00pm M-F and every other Monday 11:30am-6:00pm. We will also consider candidates who are currently enrolled in teaching credential programs. We are looking for eclectic teachers that are able to teach general topics in a focused homework and educationally fun setting to groups of 8 to 15 students at a time. Duties will include teaching during the after school day, planning and supervising activities for students, corresponding with program Area Director, parents, teachers and administration, publishing a monthly newsletter, payroll and attending meetings as needed. Training will be provided.
