Mr. Kevin Flynn, Industrial Engineer & Business School Graduate and Parent

Mr. Flynn has built, and been CEO, of three successful companies. He is the founder and operations adviser to The Children’s Centers and The Springboard School

Ms. Marianne Racioppi, Founder, Education Director, Teacher & Parent

Ms. Racioppi has twenty-one years of experience in teaching young children and started her first school in 1987. She is the founder and oversees operations to the Children’s Learning Centers.

Dr. Brett Prilik, District Education Administration and Special Education and Parent

Dr. Prilik has a Doctorate in Education from the University of Northern Colorado with emphasis in school administration and special education. He has a variety of both pedagogical and practical experience and has worked as a teacher, a district level administrator and a building administrator. Dr. Prilik has served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Northern Colorado in the School of Education. To date, he has participated in the development of six different school programs both in the public school and non-profit environment.

Ms. Lisa M. Pearl, MS, LDN, EC

Nationally recognized expert in the field of pediatric health and nutrition. Author of health education curriculums and prevention programs. Executive coach for health care administrators. Currently developing a prevention program for families as well as a team communication model to improve medical care. Lisa maintains a multidisciplinary clinical practice in Lexington and Cambridge, MA and is a founding partner in the consulting group, GNP Team Builders.

Ms. Elizabeth Steinman Education Research -Director, Teacher, Parent

Ms. Steinman is a graduate from Northeastern University in 1994 with a BS in Elementary Education and has been a teacher and school director in Massachusetts and Colorado.

Ms. Nicole Fauzzi Director, Teacher

Ms. Nicole completed her Bachelor’s Degree with Honors Cum Laude, in Psychology at the University of Massachusetts of Boston in 2001. She has nine years of experience in early childhood education as a Teacher and Educational Director and has a wide range of experience working with children with ADD, ADHD, HIV/Aids and with children who are homeless, in foster care, and/or DSS custody.
